SEYCHELLES WHITESANDS

Tour Summary
On this tour, you visit the 2 main Islands of the 115 Islands that make up Seychelles. Mahe, the main island of Seychelles covers roughly 150 square kilometres and is 27 kilometres long and seven kilometres wide. The highest point, Morne Seychellois, is 930 metres above sea level. Even high up in the interior the roads are good. There are plenty of opportunities for walks through winding paths to appreciate the lush flora and fauna at close quarters, especially in the Morne Seychellois National Park. Praslin, the second-largest granite island of Seychelles is about 40 kilometres from Mahe. Praslin is not as mountainous as Mahe - the highest point being 330 metres - but it has similarly great granite outcrops surrounded by beautiful beaches, and a coral reef enclosing the crystal-clear waters which are so typical of Seychelles.

Itinerary:

Day 1 (Thursday or Sunday): Nairobi  -  Mahe

Pick up from your hotel in Nairobi. Transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. You board your flight to Seychelles.  On arrival at the Mahe International Airport, you will be met by African Voyages representative. Transfer on air-conditioned Coach to Coco D’Or Hotel. You are booked on half board accommodation (deluxe room) at Coco D’Or Hotel or similar. 

Day 2: (Friday or Monday): Mahe

You second day is spent getting acclimatized and relaxing.  All day relaxation at your beach hotel in Mahe. Shopping at your discretion.  Dinner and overnight at Coco D’Or Hotel or similar – deluxe room. 

Day 3: (Saturday or Tuesday): Mahe

On this day you will be picked up from your hotel for a full day tour in Mahe Island – The Highlights of Mahe. This will be a memorable experience has you will see most attractions that Mahe Island has to offer. Packed lunch will be provided. Return to your hotel in the late afternoon. Dinner and overnight at Coco D’Or Hotel or similar – deluxe room. 

Day 4: (Sunday or Wednesday): Mahe

After Breakfast, you are picked up from your hotel and depart for St Anne Marine Park tour. You spend the whole day at St. Anne Marine park. Lunch will be provided. Return in the afternoon at the hotel. Dinner and overnight at Coco D’Or Hotel or similar – deluxe room. 

Day 5: (Monday or Thursday): Mahe to Praslin

On this day, you move to the next Island. Praslin.  After breakfast, pick up and transfer to the Jetty at Victoria Harbour. You board the Ferry for Praslin. The ride takes less than 1 hour. You arrive  Baie Ste Anne jetty.  You are picked up and transfer to the hotel. Dinner and overnight at Coco De Mer Hotel or similar – deluxe room. 

Day 6: (Tuesday or Friday): Praslin

On this day you will be picked up from your hotel for tour to Vallee de Mai and La Digue. Lunch will be provided will on day tour. Return to your hotel in the late afternoon. Dinner and overnight at Coco De Mer Hotel or similar. 

Day 7: (Wednesday or Saturday): Praslin

All day relaxation at the beach. Enjoy the beautiful beach of  Coco De Mer Hotel  on Praslin Island. Dinner and overnight at your hotel or similar. 

Day 8: (Thursday or Sunday): Praslin – Mahe – Depart

After breakfast at the hotel you  transfer to the Jetty to board the Ferry back to Mahe. On arrival Mahe Jetty, transfer straight  to Mahe International Airport for your flight back home.

CHILDREN RATES:
Generally, children under 12 years of age, when sharing accommodation with 2 adults, pay 50% of the adult per person rate.
